I went over and helped him. It took 1 hour to get a tech support person, then of course he could not help solve the problem so we were moved to another queue for another hour, this person could not solve the problem so we were in another queue for another hour, etc. We did finally get someone who knew what they were doing. It also was taking over 30 minutes to get a connection into the Minneapolis server. The reason AOL is alive is there are a whole lot of over the hill gang that can not operate computers and AOL has made it sufficiently user friendly so these folks can use the email. I live in a community with most of the population over 55 and these folks are all on AOL. Someone is going to figure out how to take this business away one day. I don't know if price will be the motivator, the service must be easy to use and idiot proof. Joan
