As you know, the doji is an important candle- it can point to a reversal of trend. Notice that the stock held pretty well in the middle of the strong white candle on Wednesday - around 20 -- this is very normal for a stock that is consolidating for a renewed run. We need confirmation on Monday of the reversal, but it looks to me like this is a reversal pattern . Volume has come off nicely and most of the western technicals are still positive. I read this as a stall pattern. I sold when the stock hit the wall at 30 and bounced under the white candle - but, I am looking at it again for another run - confirmation of a reversal on Monday would be 1. A high greater then 26 and 2. a low higher then 20 and it must be a white candle ( closing prices higher then the opening) If we see those two conditions, the stock is off running again and we should see 45-50 - a similar length leg as the run fromn 5 to 30. So, I will be watching this one on Monday for a reversal pattern as mentioned above. Sometimes the stock will sit in the same range and form another small candle or another doji - this is okay, and the same things would apply.
