Nuinsco files prospectus for $10-million financing Nuinsco Resources Limited NWI Shares issued 40,440,366 1999-04-29 close $0.78 Friday Apr 30 1999 Mr. H. Douglas Hume reports Nuinsco has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission and similar regulatory authorities in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba covering the $10-million special warrant financing with First Marathon Securities Limited and Thomson Kernaghan & Co. Ltd., acting as underwriters. Successful completion of this financing was first reported in in Stockwatch Feb. 11, 1999. The prospectus has not yet become final for the purpose of distribution to the public. The financing is comprised of five million special warrants at $2 per special warrant, convertible into common shares without payment of any additional consideration for 1.6 million flow-through common shares and 3.4 million ordinary common shares. Proceeds of the financing are for exploration work on the company's Lac Rocher, Que., and Rainy River mining claims.
