CheckFree and Fiserv Sign Reseller Agreement for Electronic Billing and Payment

Largest Data Processor and Leading Electronic Billing and Payment Provider Renew Commitment to Offer Electronic Commerce Services to Fiserv Clients

ATLANTA, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- CheckFree (Nasdaq: CKFR - news) and Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV - news) announced today that they have extended their existing partnership by signing a reseller agreement for CheckFree E-Bill(SM) electronic billing and payment services.

The agreement gives Fiserv the ability to resell CheckFree E-Bill to nearly 7,000 Fiserv clients, including banks, broker/dealers, credit unions, mortgage banks and saving institutions worldwide.
