My broker, Accutrade received my ArchivalCD shares distributed as a dividend for the CVIA shares in my account. They said that they did not receive any ArchivalCD shares from the CVIA shares that were the result of converting my warrants because their records show they were exercised 2/17/99 which is past the 2/5/99 acceptance date.

The only record I have documenting my efforts to exercise the warrants are my postings #808, 894, and 901 on the Silicon Investor CVIA thread. It was on 1/8/99 that I initiated my request to Accutrade to exercise the warrants in anticipation of the initial cutoff date of 1/18/99. At that time receiving the dividend was the only inducement to exercise the warrants. After numerous calls, I was assured by Accutrade Customer Service that the warrants would be exercised in time to be eligible for the ArchivalCD dividend.

I will FAX copies of those postings to Accutrade, who I hope, will accept them as proof of my timely efforts to convert the warrants. My point here is that the SI posting is my only hope to prove to my broker that I should have received the ArchivalCD dividend shares for the shares converted from the warrants.

To other shareholders, it is recommended that you calculate what is due to you. Keith is throwing a lot of good stuff our way.
