There was a reason I mentioned 'real estate' in my previous posts.

Many a deal have gone bad on projects that people invested heavily in that ended up 'never existing'.

That's known as a "scam". Consider the operative phrase here: "that people invested heavily in". No one invested in Webnode, heavily or otherwise, because there was nothing to invest in.
