Claude, I am not sure what "failures" you are referring to, I only know of one, in Nov, one of the agents in connection with the proposed offering backed out, Scotia Capital I think, because someone ELSE they had financed previously closed up shop, they felt they were no longer in a position to do business with UKH. Maybe I am just being stupid, but 42 million oz of silver seems like a lot to me...have you looked into the Silverking, Elsa and Bellekeno properties? They have a lot of land up there, and are currently continuing exploration. Anyway, didn't want to start an "argument thread", just offering what I think may be a short term opportunity to double an investment, I see the stock price at (US) $2.50 at least, by summer. Brian
