Stan you are not the only one this has happened to,I did speak to the Transfer agent about this and we have decided to Try and honor some of the valid requests, that can be proven and the shareholder put forth the effort to execute the warrants and for whatever reason the broker fouled the transaction up. Myrna will make the final decision since she handles the warrants and has the notes, so it may pay to be nice to Myrna the TA. <VBG> KAA
