hmmmm; incredulous, that one person can publically post malicious, vile, vicious comments towards a public figure; all over this public figure merely making a statement on a nationallly broadcast markets watch show on CNBC.
Now ''my'' comments on ''his'' libelous attack are in question ? - gimmie a break...
I decide that perhaps indeed the ''line'' to actual civil damages has been crossed - ''I'' have the courage to address it publically, to take a stand - and ''I'' am ---- ''trying to destroy someone'' ?
What were Mr. Baby Bull's comments, if NOT ''destructive'' in the most vile, slanderous and henious manner imaginable ?
Now I am a ''bad guy'' because - ''I'' merely reported a nationally reknowned economist; who not only appears as a regular guest on this Nationally Broadcast show; but makes innumerable public speeches and has a best selling book out as well . Hmmmm, I you have a warped sense of ''fairness''.
This concept of a stock discussion thread - being open for only ''good news'' - even if it is usually - ''old news'' serves no one well. Why would MR. Baby Bull feel he has to ''flame'' me - as I was just a mere messenger - I made no conclusions - gave no ''sell now, or short'' recommendations of any type. I merely reported an event - let indivicuals decide how to interpret that news.
It is Mr. Baby Bulls reckless, obviouslly emotion riddled vicious tirade against both Mr. Kudlow and myself that should be criticized. On what basis should Mr. Bull be able to insinuate that I am involved in drug use ?
On the matter of what, or what not Mr. Kudlow may, or may not have done - any elementary review of libel case low will certainly let you know; that Mr. Kudlow has a slam dunk case here imo.
MeThinks thou dost protest too much; the day that someone can come online - post vicious, libelous, vile personal attacks - stooping to drug use slurs against both a member here of SI who merely quotes a cutting edge market comment made by a know public figure- needs to be the point of ridicule.
How contrite - a couple of lurkers (how convenient) seem so disturbed not at a public, temper tantrum and electronic libelous assault on merely a comment that does not support someones market position; but that ''someone'' would dare call someone on the carpet.
I think a few of you need to take a long look in the mirror...
As far as SargeK's comments here; I honestly could not even understand or decipher them ? - If his claim on his SI ''profile'' link in claiming to be a ''NSA - type'' Secret Agent doesn't ring some ''profile'' bells - nothing will evidently. If his unintelligible post here - with a slew of linked posts and self promoting drivel do not cry out in a ''Whacko-esque'' fashion; I don't know what does... fwiw SargeK and his track record are a well known entity - his near insane behavior on Yahoo existed before I ever posted on the Internet. That chicken definitely came before this egg fwiw...
I have no desire to waste time onan electronic battle with SargeK who has been a ''known'' entity on the Yahoo threads for over a year. Continually cutting and pasting links to his own posts throughout netdom - answers any questions anyone should have. Also, all the real life CIA & NSA agents surely post links all over the Internet proclaiming their James Bond 007-esque status - ROFLMAO !
I think he was suspended here for spamming on SI. If his posts to himself, congratulating himself on his stock picks are of interest to anyone- I'd strongly suggest you make sure you click on his posts both here and on Yahoo - period. SargeK rest assured - the only post I made on Yahoo was to the Artic7 fellow that you have accussed more than one member here of being by the way; for him to publically acknowledge that he and I, or he and ArticWarrior, or he and Big Dog, or he and Jailhouse Jill are indeed not the same person....(VBG).

Good Luck all - a sorry day indeed - when merely posting a cutting edge comment from a National News Broadcast with dramatic market implications - that may not agree with the majorites opinion, or may have rained on their parade - can be met with the apparant welcoming of a slanderous, vile attack on not just the message - but the messenger....
I will continue to post both sides of the Crude Oil - Oilpatch story; all members here deserve to be able to not just have a filterized Bull Zone only .... I will NOT be silenced - both sides of the story need to be told - ''we report - you decide'' !
