I have a better one, John. A criminal, let's say a paid tout, loses a vast amount of money due to holding onto his BB stock after it is halted and it never trades again.

Since he cannot take responsibility for his own actions, he needs to blame it on someone else. He calls the SEC and the FBI and the New York Times and the LA Times, and all the other newspapers, and he says that his broker should be put in jail for not making him sell the stock before it was halted.

That's a good one. Have somebody try that.
