IMHO problem is with the shell that DROM was reverse merged into. They may have to scrap the corporate entity, and create a new corporate entity able to trade, making sure that current shareholders get 1 share in the new entity for every share currently held. I would speculate that DROM may be going after the USGA regions without formal signed endorsement of the national USGA. IMHO formal signed endorsement by the national USGA is not a pre requisite to signing regional USGAs. Hang on, the fat lady aint singing yet. GG
