Chap is involved in finding scholarships for student athletes, they guarantee the student that they will find a scholarship to some school. Also, Travelers has agreed to help out any students who can not afford to pay for the fees that Chartwell charges which should guarantee profitability for Chartwell sometime in the future. They are currently in the process of getting more financing and it is likely that they will receive financing sometime in the next couple of weeks
