Maybe you should go back to post #121 and read the KAISER REPORT. There you will find the following information.

"The problem with Alberta's geography is that the glacial overburden is too deep to allow the sort of till sampling which works so well in the Slave Craton. This means that exploration for kimberlites will be guided by geophysics, not indicator mineral trains. The absence of a diamond potential prioritization tool means that exploration will have to be a process of systematic elimination, just the sort of thing that appeals to Ashton. While this will increase the total exploration cost, the logistics for finding and developing a diamond mine in Alberta will be much cheaper than in the NWT. From a speculative viewpoint this situation creates a wonderful structure for extending the duration of an area play. In terms of diamond potential the story won't be over for any property until the very last kimberlite has been tracked down and tested for diamonds. Most of the original map-staked claims have lapsed, but the Ashton kimberlites have resulted in a new round of map-staking that is blanketing the province. Most of this area play pasture will end up in various juniors if Ashton puts Alberta on the world diamond map. In that case speculators should check to see how deeply buried the Cretaceous-Tertiary boundary is."
