Rande, Discovered this thread last week when you posted on the TPEG thread. I like appreciate your insight and the civility here. I am usually not one to post picks, but I have a winner if anyone is interested. A company called Fairfield Communities (FFD) listed on the NYSE is a VOI that sells timeshares. They currently have over 20 properties and over 350 million in receivables. It trades 7X earnings with a growth rate of over 20%. Heres the kicker. It is being courted by several suiters. My extensive DD tells me the likelyhood of it being scooped by Marriot within the next 30 days is VERY good. It books at about 20 so the potential for 100 % is there IMO. Check it out.
