Kevin,this is an excellent review of events. I'm with you on this "buyout" or something... I thought it was a slow accumulation of shares because they managed of late to keep the price down,in fact lower each day over the last 3 days. I suppose though after reviewing your summary it's "smart,aggressive,accumulation". What do you think this would do for Delphi shareholders if they are in fact the buyers? maybe it would be good to buy some... cheers Violetta
