BRCD is now on IPO.com:

ipo.com

Ancor is mentioned as the competition in the "analysis" section and this is straight out of the S-1/A. Some additional points out of the S-1/A:

1. "Brocade has granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to 487,500 additional shares to cover over-allotments." p3.

2. "We anticipate that the initial public offering price will be between $8 and $10 per share." p3.

3. There are a potential 2.8M shares (options and warrants) in addition to the shares mentioned in the over-allotment in 1 above that could be added to the total shares outstanding. p6.

4. 70% of their last quarter sales were to two OEMs - Sequent 37% and McData 33%. p8. In fiscal 1998 the same two OEMs accounted for 83% of sales - Sequent 72% and McData 11%.

The document also contains a detailed discussion of the risk factors of FC in general and purchasing the BRCD IPO in particular. I would encourage anyone anticipating a BRCD purchase to read at least the risk factor section in detail.
