Greetings

This week has been a great ride for both big and small cap companies. Of special note this week has been the rise by RRC and SESI. SESI is explainable in that the combining of firms is seen as bonus to their earnings picture.
The "Big Dog" question is what's up with RRC? Does the 125 Million Shelf registration do that much for this stock that it took seven days to notice this before showing up in the price? I don't think so. Something else has to be driving the sudden upsurge in this stock and I hope someone can explain it to me. Volume was unusually high too. Anyone want to conjecture?
Next on the small cap screen has been TCMS. TCMS has broken through the 4-dollar resistance and now is poised for a run to 5.5 before strong resistance. I'm not a strong TA guy and if someone can give a better read here please do.
What's the next small caps to POP? I'm looking at KEG and PGEI for a strong run within the month. Both have been extreme laggards here. KEG has got both hands around a giant Redwood tree with debt but with oil prices at this level and stabilizing in the 18 dollar range it should get noticed real soon. This is evidenced by the volume increase over the last month.
Looking forward to reading your ODB letter good trading and may the ticks be with you!
