Albion Fitzgerald has just spent the past few years struggling to prove the validity of his technology against IBM/Tivoli. He has done so now in spades. IBM cannot duplicate his technology after having tried for years now.

I strongly doubt that he would want to be bought out (certainly at not less than about 50 bucks a share)

I think a settlement is forthcoming but not a buyout of Novadigm. Novadigm holds all the cards in my opinion.

I agree some analyst coverage is way, way overdue.
