This is to anyone interested. GE will not buy out Fonar, today, tomorrow, next week, etc. Fonar, a company I have observed rather closely for about two years (all I have presently is the preferred stock that was issued about two years ago), is finally at a point that they have desired to be in. Cash flow, obviously, has improved tremendously, debt is all but gone, and their products are top of the line (not to mention patently protected). With all of this in mind and larger profitable quarters even more likely, Fonar stands tall in an arena of MRI heavyweights. GE, as stated by someone previously on this Forum, is more likely to focus it's attentions elsewhere than trying to acquire Fonar.
