go look at the SEC and Treasury department organization charts, and ask yourself these questions:
1) how many of these people have ties to Goldman Sachs or its private attorneys?
2) who appointed these people?
3) do these people have any qualifications for their jobs?
4) For the variety of vacant posts, why are they vacant?
5) and the one we can't learn easily...of the several very very young people, who are they related to?
My impression is that there's about three people between the Treasury department and SEC that have any power, and their backgrounds are anything but impartial. BWDIK?
