Yes, I do. That is one of my problems with this company, along with the fact that they are operating a number of different businesses. They should, in my opinion get focused.
Because of the questions you ask you show that you don't, so let me tell you. What it means is they are not required to file quarterly or annual financial statements.
I understand that and that is one of the reasons that I am staying away.

That is a problem with non reporting companies, maybe they should make all companies that sell shares to the public --- reporting companies ---- novel idea, eh?
Well....uh.....maybe call the company and see if they have a recent set of audited numbers they would like to release.
I usually just call the company to confirm things I have heard, I trust no one at a non reporting company

then after meeting with management, I reported the following,

Later, they lost the rights to the product and frankly Mitch was NOT TRUTHFUL at that meeting and subsequent meetings,
this was a non reporting company and after digging I found out they did not even have an iron clad contract, I suspected they had no cash which was confirmed, and they had NO expertise in marketing these products to end users, I suspect ABFG is in a similar position, but what the heck as long as their are shareholders willing to bet on the company there will be a market for the stock.
