there is lots of evidence that the KLA 30000 strong ,mostly paid mercenaires and thugs ,took advantage of the local population the same way the mafia ran New York and Chicago in the 20s by threatening and even killing their own ,as well as the police .This type of lawlessnes is getting a good foothold in Russia now ,they have an ALIE,THE US ,I dont like what is happening to the citizens of Kosovo
