Rockster, I agree. BTW, SNRS recovered from their attempt of a reverse split a lot quicker than that. Only took a couple of major investors to pull out a sledge hammer to turn mgmt around. Shareholders quickly forgot it.

Regarding acquisition by JNJ. I used to work for them a long time ago. Still have stock in the company but do not follow them at all. Unless they have demonstrated that they are willing to get into delivery of healthcare, they will not acquire LCAV. When I worked there it was obvious that for them to get into a new segment of the health care market would be a very major change to their business models. KERA, on the other hand, would be a good fit. JNJ loaned them $5M in the past. But JNJ would wait to make sure that Intacts are viable long term before they could commit themselves.

Regarding BOL, they have shown a willingness to change their business models recently. But for them to get into the delivery business after acquiring the Chiron system might be the same stupid move that BEAM made long ago by getting into Centers in the first place.

I would think an acquirer would be more likely from a big HMO or someone like that. I think that is you line Rock, what do you think. Am I full of water?

Regard,

Joe
