Thanks for the postings. I can't believe that is the only information that has been dessiminated to date.
Don't know what to think (I actually think I'm disgusted - BIG TIME).
First, I didn't get any company proxies thru my brokers. Then just before the last weekend, I received one from UPS, which covered the bulk of my shares, but not all of them. I hurriedly rushed to UPS
on Saturday so they would get the proxy by Tuesday (which I thought was the deadline.)
Then, on Wednesday, I received another mass mailing thru my brokers from the good Father. Then on Thursday, I received thru my brokers another mass mailing from the company. (This was after the "accord.") Talk about confusion. Aren't there organizations that handle proxies? Why didn't Naxos get one of them?
If I wasn't so busy (one of my clients is selling his business), I might have gone to the meeting. It would have been for entertainment value only. Last annual meeting, it was the same senario, different players.
By the way, what six million shares does the Father represent? And, if he is truly a "Father", where did he get the $100,000 to wage this campaign.
Has anyone any idea of what is going on?
