Ask Slob Milosevic, who has caused all of the misery. Ask Slob why he didn't chose a path of racial harmony and peace. Ask Slob why he has taken so much Serb money to buy himself million dollar villas and yachts. Ask Slob why he is willing to see his country's infrastructure totally destroyed rather than stop his racist "ethnic cleansing" policies.
Peace would be an easy and beneficial choice for all people in Yugoslavia. Why doesn't Slob want peace? Could it be because, when the Serb people find out about Slob's lies and stealing from them, they will want to hang him for his crimes?

It's not gloating. It is realizing that they are destroying a barbaric fascist military force, which by doing, will create an atmosphere of peace and prosperity for Europe for decades to come.
