I read a while back where Russian miners said, "they pretend to pay us and we pretend to work." I don't think much is coming out of the ground soon. The IMF claims in one of their propaganda releases that they are just like "a local credit union". I wouldn't join a credit union that lends to repeated defaulters and sells assets at a discount price. The criminal always justifies his crime.
