Tim, I believe Accutrade uses the same clearing house as Ameritrade. Unfortunately, I didn't maintain a log of my conversations with Accutrade (I think that would prove helpful). When I called Accutrade last Thursday they wanted to know to whom I spoke. I couldn't remember the name, but asked for the names of guys in customer service and recognized one. In hope of his recollection, I am sending the FAX to him and will follow up with a phone call Monday. Good luck. As an aside, I should note that my experience with Accutrade Customer Service has been good to date. This particular transaction seems to have enough parties involved (myself, CVIA, Transfer Agent, and broker) to spread the blame for lack of timely execution. Ever hopeful and patient, from a pessimistic optimist. Looking forward to the anticipated PR Monday. Stan
