I have read their filing and am still mulling it over. Waiting to hear from my broker about the details of the shares, warrents etc. I started watching for this IPO when it was announced that TPEG/IATR was investing in them.

I am intrigued by their business, namely they have written a TCP/IP stack that runs on microprocessors to be used in handheld information appliances. These appliances, according to Intel, will outpace PC sales by 2002. If this IP stack is readily accepted by the industry, it could bode well for this stock. One thing to their advantage is that it is operating system independent (read - No Windows).

The prospectus is written such that it really downplays their ability to compete. Kind of odd. They seem to paint a gloomy competition picture for themselves. Their current customer base seems to imply otherwise.

If I can get in under $10, I will.
