Just received my Annual Report from SEEK: (I must have owned some shares the night of 4/2/99) Lots of good info on SEEK's acquisition of Starwave Media [and its subsidiaries of ABCNEWS.com, ESPN.com, Gonet, Etc Etc...] It also details that DIS owns some 46% of SEEK shares and has warrants on an additional 15 million or so... However DIS cannot exercise any warrants that would give it more than a 49.9% position in stock for at least 3 years. MOTRO is a genius and has SEEK poised for another huge up move. I just may attend the ANNUAL MEETING IN Sunnyvale, CALIFORNIA on 5/14/99 to hear what he has to say. DART
