>>>You said>>>>Listen, just in case you are REALLY what you say you are...."Someone that is after the TRUTH".....Then we are actually on the same side concerning this ABFG issue! I'm being serious now, TG! I know we've been throwin' arrows each way, but I do pay attention to your post, I just don't respond to most of them, because of the sarcasm. I have $$$ wrapped up in ABFG and have done extensive DD on this company and although I see red flags on occasions, I don't see them as proving the stock is a fraud or scam. I'm always open for opposing views, and I'm sure you are as equally as open minded.<<<<<<< _______________________________________________
If what you say is true then why have you not responded to this? You have had numerous chances. Is there a problem?

>>>me to you>> #reply-9245549 >>>>>Kowboy I don't know who you are calling a basher but if you can't come up with something that proves that ABFG had a contract with the Astros before you posted this I think you are one. You didn't say anything about whether they could get a deal in the future with the Astros, you said "if they had lied". Whether they have an ad in the future is of no importance as I see it, whether they had one on 4/14/99 when Kellner stated they did is what you stated was important and I agree with you. What were you told when you made those "numerous calls" to the Astros. What did you mean when you said you would get back to the thread shortly? It has been 11 days since you said that. ......I hope nobody thinks this is bashing, I am just asking for the truth. _______________________________________________ exchange2000.com To: Cindy Powell (1761 ) From: Kowboy Monday, Apr 19 1999 4:09PM ET Reply # of 3140 Howdy again, yall! Listen, everyone.....The whole issue as to whether ABFG is for real comes down to this Houston Astro question in my opinion. If it turns out that ABFG has lied about this AD, than they are nothin' more than a scam. If they would chose to lie to their shareholders about this advertisement - they would certainly be willin' to lie about the rest. If they have told the truth about this AD, than as far as I'm concerned they will continue to get the benefit of the doubt. It's just that dam# simple! If they lied - I'm outta here! If they told the truth than I'll stay in the ABFG saddle for the entire ride. I'll know here shortly and report back to this thread ASAP! ___________________________ exchange2000.com To: Kowboy (1762 ) From: Jeffrey S. Mitchell Monday, Apr 26 1999 4:05PM ET Reply # of 3140 ** More Lies from ABFG PROVED! ** I got confirmation from the Houston Astros today that ABFG has signed NO contract to advertise in the Astrodome and therefore we can conclude that the information provided by Kelly Kellner during the 4/14/99 web cast, starting at frame 13:19, is false and misleading. An immediate written retraction and apology to shareholders is demanded. Kellner said: For those of you folks in Houston, for those of you that are sports fans, look for our rodeoisland.com banner... we're going to be in the outfield of the Houston Astrodome. Hope those Astros start poking a lot of home runs to right field so we can get a lot of highlight coverage on that... 1.5 million people coming through... the visitors just through the Astrodome this year alone. We got a super deal from them on that that Danny Ferrito (sp?) got because of his alliances in the sports community so that... that should be up this weekend on Saturday I believe. We'll have our billboard up in the right field of the Houston Astrodome. So we are starting to get our name out there... The Astros confirm they have received "numerous" calls from David C. Likes (aka Kowboy by his own admission) and have told him the same thing. This strongly raises the possibility that Kowboy has been withholding this potentially damning information from shareholders for personal gain. The only communication between the Astros and ABFG has been recently and has been limited to an inquiry about pricing and availability. Again, there is NO signed contract and thus certainly there never could have been any misunderstanding about having a banner in the right field of the Astrodome on Saturday, April 17th as proclaimed by Mr. Kellner in the video. - Jeff |
