You're talking about those OLD court documents, I presume. Oh titter-tatter....they've got no relevance to today. Hey!!! I just figured out that NPEC shareholders are certainly the largest shareholders in MDIN and Medinah Gold!!! Why? Cause NPEC is has all those PREFERRED shares....so we're getting 2.5 shares of the Medinah Gold are we not...or rather NPEC is, and so in essence so are we!! Hahahahaha! And all for the price of the NPEC shares. Juanita
