Bill, I agree with you...after rereading my message I realized maybe it sounded a little strong in regards to not "ever" being acquired. DR. D has the answers to our speculations and I know that if I were in his shoes, I would probably look at being a smaller part like you suggested. It sure as hell, in many regards, would make his job a lot easier. take care... Mentz
