Re: < CEO sold shares over 100,000 > I just spoke with Sandy O. at S3. She thought CEO might have sold about 3000 shares. She also pointed out that officers often sell less shares than what they file to sell. They have one window each quarter. She also said no internal friction between CFO and CEO. CFO has been at S3 for almost 5 years, a long time in Silicon Valley. Supposedly his interests are in small startup companies. He will be around S3 the rest of the quarter. In fact he'll be presenting at the DLJ conference tomorrow. First quarter is moving along well, in line with the guidance given to analysts. The above is what I was told a few minutes ago. Dave
