Simply speechless. I have never seen such a bunch of lame excuses. If you dont have the product and the service then leave it in the lab. and dont offer it to the buying public.

the customer does not care about why the banks cant deliver a product. when you go into A Canadian Tire store and they are out of a certain light fixture. Does the kid berate you becuase you dont understand that the supplier shipment from China was delayed beacuse the chinese Govt shut the factory and all shipments are 3 months delayed.

Does the kid on the floor berate you that you should understand the political climate in a country far away. Does he imply you are stoopid and immature and insist that you also understand the profit model for the supplier and the store and that the only way they can deliver that product at the price you are willing to pay is to buy it China or where ever.

The answer is NO. The customer is #1 - We dont care about what is going on behind the scenes. Canadians have far too long been too complacent. we will demand better service and we will get it and we will take our money to the competitor that best delivers that service and we dont care how they do it.

Hopefully the CDN banks can get their shit together but I suspect it will take the Schwabs of the worlkd to show us how to do it. And I will not even bat an eye about moving my money and substantial commisions to a US brokerage house if they can meet my demands. I dont care.

Your understanding of customer service is an absolute disgrace. I am still unsure of whether you post is even a serious one. It seems almost a parody of everything that is wrong with the. Canadian banking and brokerage system.
