To NEOCON: Hey Neocon. My wife and I took a look-see at “The Matrix” last night. It is destined to become a cult film much revered by unsophisticated children of all ages.
>My question is why would the Clinton administration have left a known spy in place for over four years?<
Strangely, I am not angry at all about this. Neither does it surprise me. But whatever the reason for Clinton's actions it quite obviously is not good. I must have sincerely forsaken the love of this country, because its destruction no longer worries me. I only care for my own survival and that of my progeny. It seems most prudent to strive today, immediately, to discover means of providing for ourselves and our progeny into the uncertain, but likely harrowing future.
No doubt this sounds depressing and perhaps unrealistic, but put the thing in perspective. It is bad enough that our leaders have allowed foreigners to infiltrate our security with impunity. But when they do so even after having discovered the presence of the foreigners, and when Americans yet support such derelict leaders, then we find we can turn to no one but ourselves for our basic safety. To make matters worse, the government salivates over the notion of disarming us. (grin) Well as far as I am concerned, this simply will not happen.
Life cannot continue forever as it does currently. The next major shift to take place in the world will almost certainly occur within the next century, perhaps within the next decade; and the manner in which America responds to it will be negatively influenced by the current administration. Surely many will not agree with me at all here. Fine, we all must place our bets someplace. I have placed mine with confidence. If I am wrong then at the very worst I will exist in my current circumstances. If I am correct, then I have done the best I know how to prepare myself and my family. Personally, I think it utterly foolish to do nothing. |
