AZ: Just wondering about something to do with the options of Biomoda. Would it not make for a good business plan, if the options you hold in a company are of some value to someone else? So should a firm wish to take a large posittion in a Bio-firm would they not contact some firm and ask if they could buy the rights to the options??? Off the wall way to do it yet it could be done. That would give your company instant cash from the sale of the right's to buy and your firm would not have to go on to the open market for any needed funds, of the current time.. It may also be part of the deal to sell that firm some of your stock with a restriction on it. Yet this should take place in a time window after a SEC filing so as not to tip the hand as to what your doing over a 90 to 180, day period. During the time accumulation could take place for a move of the issue from the low's. IMO. it could be that this may have been done in the past 90 days and it would cause rumor of something going on with Biomoda's stock as we read on the board for some time back a month ago. We also read of a firm looking for stock in Biom... Could this be the way to the company's very tight stock????? Give it some thought and let me know what you think of the idea???? Now it's just a Idea and thought so no one should buy or sell on just a Idea, do some deep DD. in the company and find what other items of intrest are planed yet so to speak behind the corp. wall's....
