Okay....Fair question!

I haven't answered your post, because of your sarcasm towards me and my family. If you will just ask your questions in a civil tone, like Henry V., than I will be glad to answer your question(s). Now with that behind us here is my answer. This of course is just my opinion.

To be quite honest, I was a bit concerned about the Astros deal, so I began a "back door" approach for verification. I found out there was no "official" deal with ABFG and the Sales and Marketing Department of the Astros. "Official" being the operative word. There was a deal "off the record" through other channels for ABFG to get that AD space in right field as Kelly announced. This is what my own DD turned up. Did Kelly lie? My definition of lying is when a person tells someone else something that they KNOW is untrue in an attempt to deceive. In that regard, I do NOT believe Kelly lied. What I believe happened was that Kelly took another persons word for the fact that the deal was "in the bag". Kelly made the mistake in announcing it BEFORE he verified through proper channels. I think he just learned a valuable lesson. He has apologized to me and I believe he will soon apologize to all shareholders for his mistake.

The fact is, however that an Astros deal is imminent and because of my inquiry and many others, the AD will now be located in a much more advantageous location for ABFG. ABFG spent more than $80,000 to make sure to the shareholders that they were good to their word, although a bit premature in the announcement. This indicates integrity to me.

Bottom line to me.....They got the job done and came through with the goods. Mistakes were made, but they were corrected as well.

When I was concerned about some red flags - They took the time to conference call me from Tel Aviv. Yes I do know the difference between a local or long distance call from a long distance international call. The quality alone speaks for itself, not to mention the 1 - 2 second delay in speech. They answered my questions directly and gave me numbers to call for verification. I called and their comments were verified to my satisfaction.

I am very impressed with the way this company handles it's shareholder's concerns and question. They have announced that they will address all the unanswered questions ANYONE may have on the May 15th Web Cast and I for one will allow this company that little bit of time to be able to respond to us in an open, public and professional manner. If they do NOT come through as they have promised....I for one am outta here!

TG....That is as honest as I can be! Right now, I believe that this company is trying very hard to make it and is being operated by some very hard working and sincere people. I hope they succeed for not only themselves, but for us as well.

Please keep your responses civil and I think you will find that I will treat you and your opinions in the same manner.

Happy Trades...Kowboy
