Don't understand Oremont.

My point was the only relevance is what we own in relation to management (who owns the other half of the company). PM's shares, as I understand are diluting at least 2:1 as well. That would mean we all own the same relative postition in the company.

If they did a 1:1 for everyone the stock would theoretically go to $2 as there would be twice as many shares. The only concern should be how we convert relative to managment's shares.
