Chris-

I don't think there's going to be a settling. The stock finished higher by 7/8 to 9 1/8 on volume of 924,000 shares. Look at an intraday graph from today or yesterday and you can see agressive accumulation of stock by one party. It's unbelievable. My calls were higher by 67% today. Tomorrow, if the stock moves above 10, the calls will be literally "in the money." I recommend that if you're planning to buy calls, you do it immediately. Look for an out-of-the-money strike, like 12.5, and try to get a march expiration. If they're not listed online, ask your broker, because I'm sure they are trading.

The stock is up more than 30% in the past two days, and I'd say that at least 5% of the stock has been accumulated by one party during the past two days. That means that we should be seeing a 13D in one week.
