LeClair-- Companies normally offer guidance to analysts so that their numbers won't be too far off, if they're off at all. What probably happened in this case was that NOVL "didn't realize" that it had major problems with international sales until the very last minute, as Marengi himself admitted. Unforgiveable. Janice
