Hi George,

I had the same question a couple of years ago when I first became a DELL stock holder. My sweet wonderful husband insisted that if I sold my shares after the day of record I would still get the shares. Well, I sold 1 day before the split, and guess what, next day I had NO DELL. I hated having to know I was right and he was wrong. Very hard lesson for both of us.

You get the split no matter when you buy before the split.

Kemble says "DELL IS THE NEXT DELL" and I say" NEVER EVER SELL DELL"
