Jay,...I believe that you posted a figure for what might be the net asset value for Softbank if we viewed Softbank as a Closed End Fund or Investment Trust. I was wondering how you arrived at a figure or if it was calculated and published somewhere. There are problems finding out exactly what Softbanks Holdings are in any detail. Also, there are problems estimating the fully diluted values if you include outstanding warrents and convertible preferred bonds etc. I believe that I share your optimism for the Softbank investment (regardless of any 50% swings that we might see in the short term). Still, the press releases and news stories on Softbank have to be fueling a pent up demand for US traded shares that could be pretty awesome by the time of any IPO. Do you have any guess for a timetable for Softbank to become publicly traded here in the US?
