Dividends will be paid on monies recived in their patient lawsuits by way of class A nonvoting shares which was given out 10-8-1995 to shearholders of record on that date in a 1 for 5 of regular stock. There are no plans to release anymore of those shears, but shareholders of those shears will be in a meeting 3-7-97 ( it is my understanding that is the date), to try to settle a class action suit asking that the amount be raised to 5 1/2 percent of any amount over 30 million recived. Also to incorperate all suits and settlements by FONAR, and not just the GE case, which is the way it is now. I hope this has helped clear up this matter to you.
