TG, at least you got to take off your hat to the CFO at CYMI, he issued this convertible at the best time for the existing stockholders, conversion fixed and very well above any then rational valuation. Yet, the buyers of the convertible are not stupid either, they probably turned around and hedged their position by shorting the stock and collect interest without having money committed to the situation at all.
