COMS better buy than CISCO here. Recovery play and takeover play in one. 1/4 of CISCO's P+E. Out of favor for a long time but looks like it's headed back into the 30-40-50 range. CISCO's run-up has already been phenomenal. Has more than doubled since November. Still a great company though. A buy for me at 95 or so (I'm a bargain hunter you know).
