1. I missed the 1Q earnings release last Monday. Out of town unexpectedly for funeral. I caught the release during the week.

2. So, our swags were under the actual of 21 cents. Very impressive.

3. Do you have good records for actual diluted EPS? Here's what I am showing:

1Q97=.14
2Q97=.04
3Q97=.31
4Q97=.43
1997=.90

1Q98=.12
2Q98=.01
3Q98=.25
4Q98=(.63)
1998=(.20)

4. 1Q99 surpasses 1Q&2Q for 1997 and 1998. Wow! Whatever GRIN reports in 2Q should be another record if it's a nickel or more.

5. Hopefully, GRIN will make decisions on news releases regarding E-commerce and improved web site.
