Based on Message 9172384 I think that the consent will be finalised for a Monday morn announcement and I believe Softbank and one other investor (AOL) will be announced early in the week, no IPO announcement. Therefore, despite lacklustre activity this past Fri., I'll call for a close Fri. at $ 36. (no disrepect to Armin)
