Q&A with Steve Schneider, 4/28/99... Q: When will Alpha acquire the remaining 25% of NewKidCo LLC? A: Alpha has a Call Option to acquire the other 25% of the LLC beginning 7/1/99 and ending 7/1/01. Q: Will you exercise that option on 7/1/99? Would that not be in the best interest of the shareholders? A: We plan on exercising the option. At this time though, I can't tell you the exact date on which we will do it. Obviously, we will do whatever is in the best interest of the shareholders. Q: Have the requirements been met by NewKidCo LLC to receive the 4,000,000 warrants for stock at $1.50-$4.50 per share? If so, when will they begin? A: The calculation to determine whether the additional warrants will be issued is based on performance through 6/30/99. As of today it looks like they will meet the requirements, but it will be not be definite until we incorporate the financial results of the LLC through 6/30/99.
