After more than four months of courtroom activity and nearly two months more of recess, both sides were prepared to go at it again May 10. But District Court Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson gave Microsoft (MSFT), the U.S. Justice Department and 19 states an extra week to produce a list of three witnesses each for the upcoming rebuttal phase of the trial. Those lists were previously due yesterday, but will now appear May 3, because Jackson is still busy with a separate criminal proceeding.....<< Hope you all are still out there. Thure
