His Math is Wrong, NAVR>$20 is a Scam!
if you read the S1A NAVR gets to keep about 4.9 million shares, not 6.5 million. The public is getting 3,333,000, NAVR gets HALF of 9,805,500 shares and 2,000,000+1,202,250+797,750+191,648 can be out there in the future, but not part of the May IPO, and when those additional shares are issued, it will only serve to dilute NetRadio/NAVR further.
The point I'm trying to make is if you do the math, you simply don't have a stock worth any more than it's recent trading highs. Hell, hype this sucker all you want, people, it will just help me get my people out before I lose more money after getting them stuck with this turkey while the overall market has been rallying all quarter. |
